1. Introduction

Welcome to TT Menus, operated by Trinidad and Tobago Menus Digital Solutions. TT Menus is a digital restaurant directory and menu platform that helps businesses publish menus, reach diners, and use related marketing tools.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use:

• the TT Menus hub at ttmenus.com (directory, map, search, accounts, onboarding, and checkout);
• client menu sites hosted on *.ttmenus.com subdomains;
• related platform services such as authentication, notifications, search, advertising, analytics, and client provisioning.

By accessing or using TT Menus, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or completing onboarding, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who these terms apply to

These Terms apply to:

• Visitors and diners who browse listings, search, view menus, use the map, save favorites, or subscribe to notifications;
• Registered users who sign in with a TT Menus account;
• Restaurant and business clients who list a venue, upload menu content, pay for subscriptions, or use platform features for their business.

Some restaurants may offer ordering or payments on their own menu sites. Those transactions are between the diner and the restaurant (or its payment provider). TT Menus is not the merchant of record for restaurant food orders unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

3. Account registration and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering, onboarding, or maintaining an account.
• You must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy where prompted during sign-up or onboarding.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must not use TT Menus for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
• You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, access other users’ accounts without authorization, or upload malicious code.
• TT Menus accounts may use single sign-on across hub and client sites on .ttmenus.com. You are responsible for signing out on shared devices.

4. Platform services

TT Menus may provide some or all of the following, depending on your plan and enabled features:

• digital menu hosting and branded client sites;
• directory and map listings;
• search and discovery tools;
• push notifications and promotional messaging;
• advertising on hub and/or client pages;
• analytics and engagement insights for venue partners;
• account features such as favorites;
• onboarding and automated client provisioning;
• subscription billing and invoicing.

Features vary by plan and contract. We may enable, limit, or change features over time. Paid tiers and deliverables may be confirmed separately per agreement.

5. Content and menu management

• You retain ownership of menu content, logos, images, and other materials you submit, subject to third-party rights.
• You grant TT Menus a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote your content as needed to operate, market, and improve the platform.
• You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate applicable law.
• TT Menus may remove, restrict, or modify content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or that we reasonably consider inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
• You are responsible for keeping menu information (prices, availability, allergens, hours, and contact details) accurate and up to date.

6. Advertisements

• TT Menus may display advertisements on the hub, directory, map, onboarding flows, and/or client menu pages.
• Ad placement, format, and frequency may change at our discretion.
• Unless your plan explicitly includes ad suppression or exclusive placement, competitor or network ads may appear on or around your listing or menu.
• You must not interfere with ad delivery or tracking except through controls we provide.

7. Subscriptions, fees, and payments

• TT Menus offers free and paid plans. Pricing, billing periods, and included features are shown on Pricing and during onboarding or checkout, and may be confirmed in a separate agreement or invoice.
• By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize TT Menus (or our payment processors) to charge the fees shown at checkout for the selected billing period.
• Payments for TT Menus subscriptions and platform services are processed by third-party providers (such as WiPay/Fiserv or Stripe). You agree to their terms when completing payment.
• Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout (typically TTD unless stated otherwise).
• Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or removal of paid features or listings.
• Use of bandwidth, storage, or other resources beyond your plan’s limits may result in additional charges or restrictions where permitted by your agreement.

8. Refund policy

All sales are final. TT Menus does not offer refunds.

This includes, without limitation:

• subscription fees and plan upgrades;
• onboarding or provisioning payments;
• partial billing periods or unused time;
• downgrades, cancellations, or non-use of features;
• fees paid through checkout, invoice links, or any other TT Menus billing channel.

If you cancel a subscription or account, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid period unless we suspend or terminate access earlier under these Terms. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid.

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without a valid basis may result in suspension of your account or services while the matter is investigated.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If a court or regulator requires a refund in a specific case, we will comply with that requirement.

Refunds for food orders, delivery, or restaurant services placed through a client menu site are handled by the restaurant or its payment provider—not by TT Menus.

9. Push notifications and communications

• Push notifications and promotional messages are optional and require your consent through browser or device permissions.
• You may unsubscribe from notifications using controls we provide or through your browser settings.
• We may send service-related messages about your account, billing, provisioning, or security that are not marketing communications.

10. Service availability and modifications

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, outages, and third-party failures may occur.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its features at any time. We will provide notice where reasonably practical for material changes affecting paid services.
• Beta or preview features may be offered as-is and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

11. Termination and suspension

• You may cancel your account or subscription according to the options available in your account or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, content licenses granted to TT Menus, disclaimers, and limits of liability) will survive termination.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• TT Menus does not guarantee specific search ranking, traffic, sales, notification delivery, ad performance, or business results.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TT Menus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid TT Menus for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event, or TTD $500, whichever is greater, except where a higher limit is required by law.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using TT Menus, you acknowledge that policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of TT Menus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
